Connect-Flex® TPE Tubing Welder
The ALL NEW Connect-Flex welder is the only device on the market that can weld TPE tubing ranging in size from .375” through .750” OD without changing any fixtures. It operates on 110 or 230 volt electrical current and uses filtered air. The welder weighs only 25 lbs so it can be moved easily throughout the production suite. The unit is easy to load and a LCD panel steps the user through the loading, welding and release segments of the cycle. Like the sealer it operates with just two control buttons. The welding cycle time is 3 minutes. An emergency ‘kill’ switch is built-in for safety purposes. Single use stainless steel blades are provided with the unit, and can be re-ordered when needed.
